When you sign up or submit an inquiry, you actively check a box (clear affirmative action) confirming your consent for the Specified Purpose (e.g., sharing your details with a doctor). You have the right to withdraw this consent at any time.

 

4. Disclosure and Sharing of Your Information

We do not sell your Personal Information or SPDI to third parties for marketing purposes.

  • With the Doctor/Provider: We share the Patient/User’s PI (Name, Contact, Inquiry details) with the specific Doctor/Provider when you submit an appointment or inquiry request. This is the core purpose of the platform and requires your explicit consent.

  • Legal Compliance: We will disclose information if required to do so by Indian law, court order, or government authority.

 

5. Data Security and Retention

We implement reasonable security practices and procedures, including SSL encryption and access controls, to protect data against unauthorized access. We retain your data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected or as required by law.
