This Policy applies to the purchase of subscription packages and premium listing services (“Services”) by Doctors, Clinics, and Healthcare Providers on top10doc.in.
1. Subscription Cancellation Policy (Applicable to Doctors/Providers)

Subscription Term: All subscriptions are active for the full duration of the chosen billing cycle (e.g., one month, three months, or one year) as determined by the specific package chosen by the Doctor.

Cancellation by Doctor: A Doctor may cancel their subscription at any time through the billing dashboard or by contacting support at support@top10doc.in.

Effect of Cancellation:

Cancellation will stop the next scheduled billing cycle.

The Doctor’s profile and premium features will remain active until the last day of the current, pre-paid subscription period.

No Cancellation Charges: There are no penalties or cancellation fees for terminating the subscription before the renewal date.
2. Refund Policy (Applicable to Doctors/Providers)
Our services are digital in nature and are activated immediately upon payment. Therefore, all subscription fees once paid are generally NON-REFUNDABLE.

General Non-Refundable Rule: Subscription fees are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods, profile downgrades, or unused time. This policy is standard for digital listing services, as the benefits (visibility, profile creation, SEO indexing) are delivered instantaneously upon subscription activation.

Refunds for System Failure Only: A refund may be considered only under the following extreme circumstance:

Failed Delivery of Service: If the Doctor’s paid subscription is debited from their account, but the service fails to activate due to a verified technical error on the top10doc.in platform (e.g., payment successful, but premium profile features do not become available) for a continuous period of more than 72 hours.

Procedure for Refund Request:

The Doctor must notify support@top10doc.in within 7 days of the payment date, citing the transaction details and nature of the non-delivery.

Upon verification of the system failure, the refund will be processed.

Refund Processing: All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment source within [10 to 15] business days of the refund approval date.
3. Patient Appointment and Consultation Fees
top10doc.in is not responsible for appointment, cancellation, or refund issues related to consultation fees.

All fees for medical consultation, procedures, or services are paid directly to the Doctor or the Clinic.

Any request for cancellation, rescheduling, or refund for these services must be handled directly between the Patient/User and the Doctor/Provider according to the Clinic’s own policy.

We assume no liability for any financial dispute arising from the doctor-patient interaction.
4. Policy Changes
Growthscout Marketing reserves the right to change this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted clearly on this page.
