By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations in India.

2. Nature of Service (Disclaimer of Medical Advice)

  • Platform Role: top10doc.in is strictly a directory and connection service. Our role is limited to providing a platform for users to search for doctors and for doctors to list their professional profiles and services.

  • No Medical Advice: We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The content on our platform is for informational purposes only. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

  • Direct Connection: We facilitate direct connection between the patient and the doctor (via inquiry forms/links) without any interference from the Company. The Company is not party to any subsequent communication, appointment, or treatment decision made between the doctor and the patient.

3. User Obligations and Eligibility

  • Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts under Indian law.

  • Accurate Information: All users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and profile creation.

  • Prohibited Use: You may not use the platform to solicit, transmit, or post any unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or harmful material.

4. Terms Applicable to Doctors/Providers (Subscribers)

  • Verification & Credentials: Doctors must provide and maintain valid, current Medical Registration Numbers and professional certifications as required by the Medical Council of India (MCI) or relevant state councils. The Company reserves the right to verify credentials at any time.

  • Subscription Fees: Access to premium profile features (enhanced visibility, direct contact links, review management) requires payment of a recurring Subscription Fee as outlined in the chosen service package (“Package Slug”).

    • Fees are billed [Monthly/Annually] and are non-refundable, regardless of usage or profile performance (e.g., SEO ranking).

  • Content Accuracy: Doctors are solely responsible for the accuracy of their profile content, including qualifications, services offered, clinic details, and fee structure.

  • Compliance: Doctors must comply with all ethical guidelines and laws regarding advertising and professional conduct in India.

5. Terms Applicable to Patients/Users

  • Review System: Users may post self-reviews and ratings based on genuine, first-hand experience with a listed doctor.

    • Reviews must be truthful, non-abusive, and related directly to the service provided.

    • The Company reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove any review that violates these Terms or is deemed defamatory or factually incorrect without notice.

  • Bookings & Payments: Any booking or payment for services occurs directly between the patient and the doctor/clinic. top10doc.in is not responsible for any issues arising from appointment cancellations, rescheduling, service quality, or billing disputes.

6. Intellectual Property

The content, design, logo (top10doc.in), code, and underlying software of the platform are the exclusive property of Growthscout Marketing and are protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of any material is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • No Guarantee of Outcome: The Company makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the services provided by any listed doctor, nor does it guarantee the outcome of any medical procedure.

  • Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, the Company, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or the services of any listed doctor.

  • Doctor-Patient Relationship: You agree that any relationship formed with a doctor via the platform is strictly between you and the doctor, and the Company holds no liability for advice or treatment rendered.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Growthscout Marketing and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party (including misuse of the review system).

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

  • Jurisdiction: You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts located in Delhi, India, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Effective Date” at the top. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
